Dr. Luc Mahler

With a Doctorate in Chiropractic, Luc founded the Movement Co. with the  aim of providing individuals a one-stop-shop for all of their training and rehabilitation needs.  A former Cat 1 road cyclist, varsity runner at University of Ottawa, and life long athlete, Luc specializes in sports and performance training.  Eager to treat all ranges of individuals, from the office worker, to the elite athlete, Luc uses a vast range of treatments customized to his patient's and athlete's needs.

Dr. Mahler has trained or certified in the following techniques:

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)

  • Active Release Technique (ART)

  • Functional Movement Screens (FMS)

  • Rocktape

  • Dynamic Intramuscular Stabilization (DNS)

Dr. Garrett de Jong

A graduate from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, Garrett blends his experience as an elite distance runner and triathlete with his extensive knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation to provide a thorough approach to therapy. Garrett's journey into chiropractic began while competing as an elite triathlete and varsity runner during his undergrad studying Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. 

Boasting personal bests of 14:54 in the 5k, 31:06 in the 10k, and 1:10:16 for the half marathon--Oh and 5:56 for the beer mile! ;) Garrett brings a wealth of running knowledge to his practice.  Along with his chiropractic work, Garrett coaches runners and triathletes of all abilities. 

Dr.  de Jong is certified in the following techniques: 

  • Active Release Technique (ART)

  • Athletic Movement Assessment (AMA)

  • Acupuncture

Samantha Warsket

As an AMN Practitioner, Samantha combines functional neurology, complex movement, bioelectricity and integrated medicine to treat the whole person. She has a long athletic history as an elite cyclist racing nationally and internationally, a varsity runner while studying Human Kinetics at Ottawa U, a light weight rower at the Ottawa rowing club and a life long equestrian. She has also worked as a director sportif and coach with a women’s elite cycling team, guest worked with a pro team and the national team during the Belgium classics season. She has coached cyclists for 25 years and ultra-runners for 5 years. Her true passion is making sure that athletes of all levels are healthy and achieving their goals.

Samantha Warskett has trained and certified in the following techniques:

  • AMN Level 3 Homeostasis practitioner

  • AMN Level 2 Neural-skeletal practitioner

  • Performance cycling. Competition development (in training)

Katheryn Cochrane, RMT

Katheryn's passion for sport and positive experience with massage therapy has driven her intense interest in the human body and inspired her career as a Registered Massage Therapist. Katheryn is an experienced triathlete and runner, having focused primarily on long course racing over the last few years. With this experience, Katheryn understands the requirements and demands of sport. She is passionate about helping others avoid and overcome injury, while promoting self care and remedial exercise.

Katheryn's philosophy of care states that everyone is met and treated with respect, compassion and honesty, without judgement, ensuring each individual's best interest and well being are first priority.
