Born and raised in Kingston, Ontario, Jade earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University and her Master’s in Physiotherapy from McGill University. With over a decade of experience, she has developed a distinctive and holistic approach to physiotherapy—focusing on manual therapy and integrative ergonomics to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction. She prides herself on her dual specialization in ergonomics and running performance.
Jade is a Certified Running Gait Analyst and Endurance Running Coach, with additional training in Applied Ergonomics, Manual Therapy, and 200-Hour Hatha Yoga Instruction. As both a physiotherapist and long-distance runner, she brings deep insight into the physical demands of endurance training and the movement challenges of everyday life—offering targeted support for both high-volume and recreational athletes. Her approach considers the full scope of her patients’ lives, including daily movement patterns, physical goals, and recovery strategies.
Outside her clinical hours, Jade leads running workshops, delivers ergonomic assessments, and creates tailored workspace solutions for both home and office environments. She’s known for her rare and effective blend of deep manual therapy, performance-focused care, and real-world ergonomic coaching—delivering sustainable, long-term results.
A dedicated marathoner, Jade is completing the Abbott World Marathon Majors, having run Berlin, Chicago, and New York City. She’s currently training for London in April 2025. When she’s not treating patients or logging miles, she’s at home in The Glebe with her husband Mike and their two cats, Mitsi and Frito.
